‘Anil Pushker’s poems will stir the readers and make them face the counter-world that everything is not okay here. It also indicates that man did not go to this battle on his own, but such circumstances have been created for him, and there is no other way except to go towards the battle. ‘These poems of Anil Pushker are political poems at both the levels of their craft and content. Their theme lines are resistance and anger. The experience of reading them is like getting entangled in a long debate, which is also a sign of a meaningful and pro-people poetic work. Anil’s language is extraordinary, different from the language of poetry of these times. In this language, exaggeration is visible, but many things happen continuously. Its extra flat expression changes to a report’s language to a certain extent. There used to be a lot of talk about the relationship between journalism and poetry in the times of Raghuvir Sahay, but not now. While reading these poems, I have also found the memories of that era awakening. In short, these are aggressive poems.<\/em>‘
